Neil Walker

As Managing Director, Neil has wide knowledge and experience of all aspects of Building Services Engineering in both public and private sectors of the construction and property industries. Neil has a proven track record of managing contracts and developing client relationships, with high level skills in low energy and sustainable building design and BREEAM assessments. Neil works with clients to determine requirements, ensuring no matter how large the project, Charles Andrews provides excellent service, on time and on budget having excellent commercial awareness.

Des has extensive experience in Building Services Engineering with PSA training across both mechanical and electrical engineering services. He also has specialist experience in electrical engineering. His experience extends across all types of building within the public and private sectors.
Lawrence Fox

Lawrence possesses inn depth knowledge of Building Services Engineering with specialist expertise in Mechanical Services, Building Regulations compliance, Energy Assessment SBEM, SAP and Building Thermal Modelling and dynamic simulation. Lawrence has further specialist experience in lighting design and general electrical services, and sustainable systems.

Darryn is a Engineer and is continuing his studies at a local college whilst being mentored by Charles Andrews’ senior engineers. Darryn has experience in creating building models for simulations and using CAD.

Richard is a highly experienced CAD and IT technician who has specific expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, CADDUCT and 3D Modelling systems. Skills also include website development and documentation control. IT network technician skills include network administration, Hardware construction and maintenance.
David Brown
Senior Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer

David is a highly experienced mechanical design engineer with over 40 years experience. This covers all sectors of construction and property. Dave’s experience extends across new build and existing properties including sustainability, energy and commercial management delivering and managing major M&E services contracts. Dave worked for Manchester Airport for over 20 years delivering a succession of projects for the Airport Authority.

Adam is a member of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estates Management (IHEEM) and the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE). Adam has over 19 years’ experience in a wide range of projects including design and project management of MEP systems for Hospitals, Veterinary Practices, Schools, and various commercial premises. As a Director, Adam is passionate about mentoring and always looks to assist junior engineers to develop their careers and deeper knowledge.

Janet has worked within the property and construction industry for over 26 years. Working closely with the Directors, Janet looks after our business development, marketing activities and research to develop new opportunities for the company.
Jack Long
Administrator
Jack organises and coordinates the office administration and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. Day to day Jack is responsible for the office administration, streamlining procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.
Charles Dixon
Building Services Engineer
As a Senior Electrical Engineer Charles has an array of both public and private sector experience that covers all aspects of construction and property, with his knowledge extending across new build and existing properties to include sustainability, energy and commercial management. Charles is devoted to delivering client satisfaction and ensures this whilst working on all levels of M&E services contracts, providing guidance and support to junior engineer colleagues through the process.
